2. Order Placement
Orders can be placed by phone at (415)368 9309. We require all orders to be confirmed at least 2 days in advance to ensure we meet your expectations with the highest quality products. For large cakes, we accept a maximum of two orders daily. For cupcake orders, the maximum is ten orders daily.

3. Payment
Payment must be made at the time of order. We accept PayPal, Venmo, and Apple Pay. Full payment will confirm your order.

4. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled up to 1 day before the scheduled pickup or delivery date. Cancellations after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the order cost.

5. Product Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure that the product descriptions and photographs provided on our website and promotional materials are accurate. However, slight variations in color and design may occur due to the hand-crafted nature of our products.

6. Delivery
Delivery is available within the Sacramento area under the following conditions:

7. Refund Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any legitimate quality issue, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will assess your claim and, if justified, offer a refund or replacement.

Our cakes are made in a nut-free environment. However, we use ingredients that may contain gluten, dairy, and other allergens. We encourage you to review the list of ingredients carefully on the website or contact us directly to ensure no allergens may affect you. While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are completely free from traces of these substances.

9. Liability
Our liability for any claim related to the purchase of products is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any consequential losses.
